Homefield college are seeking to recruit a Job Coach who is a confident individual. Your role will be key in supporting students to gain valuable work skills to enable them to transition into the world of work after college (paid or voluntary). You will provide work experience support as a Job Coach, which will adopt training in systematic instruction and job carving, you will also support overall teaching and learning in session to help students achieve maximum potential.
The successful applicant will have experience of working with young adults with learning disabilities and will possess Level 2 English and Maths. You will need to be confident, well organised and self-motivated, along with being flexible to meet the needs of the organisation.
