Leave Teaching to Teach
Have you completed your PGCE or are you a qualified teacher looking for a great work-life balance?
At KSOL we offer every teacher the opportunity to join a passionate team so that you can plan and create, without having to take work home. Do not leave the profession that you love; build a teaching career at KSOL and have an excellent work-life balance. All we ask is that you bring your passion for teaching with you.
KSOL is a supplementary education company with a difference. We value your time so that you can teach effectively. We take the pressure away from you so that you can enjoy regular hours and have all your marking and planning done during core hours at work. This is a permanent position with full benefits. All of our staff ensure that every child has a great start to secondary education. Along with teaching small classes, you will be given plenty of time to analyse student progress and create appropriate interventions, communicate with parents, but also be part of an exciting team developing and researching new products for Key Stage 2 children. No two days are the same at KSOL and the role is only limited by your enthusiasm to explore new teaching methods.
Full training is provided with ongoing CPD.
With a salary commensurate with experience, we offer in return a great working environment, where your voice is heard. The role may involve up to 2 early evenings and a Saturday morning. The remaining hours will be based at our Solihull Head office, where you will be ensuring the right action plan is created for every child.
To be considered for the role the following requirements must be met:
• UK Degree
• Grade B in GCSE Maths and English
• NQT's will be considered
• IT literate and the ability to use new software to develop content (training will be provided)
• A friendly and empathetic personality
• Full Driving Licence
