Key Stage Coordinator in Science
Band A (£32,157) – Band C (£50,935) plus Management Allowance (MA) 2 £4,785
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and forward-thinking teacher to play a key leadership role within the Science Faculty. The successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership of a Key Stage (KS3, or 4) within a thriving and highly successful Science Faculty. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to become a Head of Science. Candidates will be well-qualified, have excellent subject knowledge and be able to teach through all Key Stages to Advanced level with the ability to teach Physics or chemistry at A level a particular advantage.
The successful candidate must be able to establish excellent relationships with students and colleagues, be flexible in their approach and provide clear leadership to the Faculty through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Science Faculty is committed to raising academic standards for all students and to strive to ensure every student reaches their potential.
