The Governing Body of Cefn Saeson wishes to appoint a suitably qualified, responsible, caring, reliable people in for the post of Keyworker in a Neath Port Talbot Assessment Unit for pupils with Social Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.
The Governors will be seeking the following skills/personal qualities:
• A proven track record of working successfully with pupils or young people with SEBD;
• An enthusiastic, self-motivated person with the ability to contribute to a team of dedicated professionals within the Secondary Education Nuture Centre;
• A commitment to getting the best out of every child;
• Excellent people skills with adults and children;
