This position will suit a teacher with some experience of teaching or training in the inner city and the post is suitable for an NQT. High expectations, determination and a passion for making a difference to the life choices for inner city children are strong prerequisites of the post. Teachers at Windmill are supported by a dedicated and experienced leadership team who put mentoring and coaching at the heart of their practice.
