Learning Support Assistant – Key Stage 1
Temporary Position for the 20/21 Academic Year
Part- Time – Term Time only (38 weeks p.a.)
25 hours per week
Scale ME 4 - F.T.E. £20835 pa pro-rata. Equates to approx. £12500 pa

We are looking for a Temporary Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil in Key Stage 1 for the 20/21 Academic Year.
Your will be required to help the child access their learning within the classroom by using highly motivating tasks to maintain focus, breaking tasks down and by using lots of repetition of concepts to consolidate learning.
Ideal candidates will be supportive and committed with previous experience of supporting children with additional needs within a mainstream classroom. It would also be desirable for applicants to have experience of supporting children on the Autistic Spectrum, with speech, language and communication difficulties.
You will be joining a committed and dedicated team of teachers and support staff in a role that offers opportunities for professional development and involvement in the life of the whole school.
