Required from October 2020
We are looking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic, caring and motivated level 3 teaching assistant for Key stage 2. The post will include taking some small groups, as well as leading intervention groups and working within class under the leadership of the class teacher. The successful candidate will need to have high expectations of children and be prepared to take initiative. Initially the post will be to support teaching and learning in KS2.
Relevant qualifications including Grade C or above in English and Maths GCSE are essential. It would be desirable to have a degree, or as minimum essential requirement, NVQ level 3. At least 2 years’ experience would be an advantage. Good behaviour management skills are essential.
This position is for 17.5 hours per week, mornings only.
