Starcross Primary School
The Estuaries MAT, and children, staff and Local Academy Council members of Starcross Primary School are looking for a highly professional, caring, motivated and fun member of staff, to teach our Year 4 class from 28th February, until the start of the Autumn Term 2022.
This post has arisen due to the existing class teacher taking a sabbatical due to a planned absence.
Joining our wonderful and supportive team, in the heart of the lively estuary community of Starcross, the successful candidate will need to display the following:
• Knowledge and understanding of what excellent learning looks like
• A desire to provide the very best outcomes for children and their families
• A working understanding of what being a team member really looks like
• An ethos of hard work, care and attention to supporting all school users
• Ability to plan, deliver and assess to the highest quality
• A sense of fun and humour, and the ability to get things done, within given deadlines
• An ability to get involved in the full life of the school
This post would be suitable for both established teachers, and also newly qualified teachers.
Salary is on the main teachers’ scale, and we do not recognise portability of salary, although we are always willing to discuss experience.
