This is a fixed-term role in the first instance until 31 August 2021.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lead Behaviour Manager to join our Pastoral Team at Oxted School. This will role will lead on providing guidance and welfare across the school, managing the Reflection and Isolation Units, by supporting staff to ensure that the personal, behaviour and academic needs of all students to support students in their progress and attainment. The successful candidate will be professional at all times and dedicated to changing life chances of young people, through outstanding behaviour management within a mainstream setting. Working directly with a dedicated team within the Reflection and Behaviour Unit, alongside the support of passionate teams within Oxted School and The Howard Partnership Trust, you will be monitoring behaviour and putting in correct support for both the student and family. You will have a calm but resilient manner, approachable and warm, but able to maintain authority at all times.
