Salary range: £49,917 - £54,748 (L5 – L9)
Latchmere Academy Trust is a small Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) based in south west London. We aim to deliver an outstanding primary curriculum, backed with exceptional teaching and learning, for all children at our two schools.
This new senior Trust post is an opportunity to play a crucial role striving for an outstanding quality of education across our schools. We are looking for an experienced and successful professional who is passionate about teaching and learning and has the emotional intelligence and communication skills to get the best out of others.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional knowledge of teaching and learning pedagogy and research and have a proven track record of school improvement, driving change and achieving results. You will have an overwhelmingly positive outlook, with the drive, energy and optimism to build on the positive work done to date, raise standards and take Latchmere and Nelson Schools on the next stages of their school improvement journey.
