Salary: CLF 8 - £22,131 – £24,272 per year. Gross starting salary £18,869
Digitech Studio School Bristol is Bristol’s first Studio School specialising in digital, high tech and creative sectors. Students benefit from a hugely positive and supporting learning environment. Next academic year we are oversubscribed.
Digitech Studio School Bristol is part of the Cabot Learning Federation (CLF). The CLF is the largest non-diocesan academy group in the South West. The CLF currently sponsors 13 academies, seven of which are secondary, five are primary and one is a studio school catering for students aged 14 to 19. Together we educate over 9000 children between the ages of 3 and 19 and the Federation enjoys steady growth.
We are looking to appoint an outstanding person to work with identified children across the school in order to further raise their self-esteem, aspirations and academic performance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, positive and flexible, a great team player with excellent communication skills and will be responsible for the development of effective mentoring relationships with both children and their parent/carers. The successful candidate will work with a range of pupils with Emotional, Social and Behavioural difficulties as part of our Inclusion Team. Relevant experience of working with young people is essential and you will be able to demonstrate expertise and skills from your previous employment history.
