Learning Support Assistant
Grade 5 point 7 (£18,426 pro rata)
Fixed Term initially due to funding
32.5 hours per week and 39 weeks per year
Discovery Schools Academies Trust is seeking to appoint an Experienced Learning Support Assistant to be based at Kibworth CE Primary School, starting 24th August 2020.
The successful candidate would be an integrated member of the school staff team and will work under the direction of class teachers, to use proven skills to support children in the school.
This post is in Early Years Foundation Stage, working one to one with SEND pupils, experience in this area is essential.
NVQ 2 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent. Or able to demonstrate the ability to meet the STL Level 2 National Occupational Standards relevant to this post.
Level 2 qualifications in Maths/Numeracy and English/Literacy is desirable.
