Learning Support Assistant
32.5 hours per week
Fixed term contract to 31st August, 2021
Pay: LSA grade 5.8 (9.74 per hour- pay award pending)
Start date: As soon as possible
We have a vacancy for a dedicated LSA, to work primarily with pupil in our welcoming and inclusive
school. The post is to provide support for a pupil with significant delays across all areas of development. The post holder will provide 1:1 support along with personal care and feeding support, when needed. Experience of supporting children with significant additional needs, and an understanding of Makaton would be desirable but not essential.

We are a happy and hardworking two form entry school based in the North West Leicestershire
town of Shepshed. Our school is set in five acres, with a woodland and a newly built Year 5/6 block and sports hall. We are part of a well-established and supportive multi academy Trust: Symphony Learning Trust, which brings many opportunities for our staff.
