We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive and talented team at Summerhill Academy. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
This is a permanent contract, 30 hours per week, Term Time Only + 5 Inset Days. Your working hours will be Monday- Friday 9am-3.15pm except Wednesday 9am - 4.30pm.

To be successful in the post, we are looking for someone who is confident in working 1:1 with children with specific educational needs, including SEMH needs. You will be organised and able to think on your feet in order to meet the needs of all pupils and to support your team to provide an outstanding education for our pupils. You will be a highly committed professional with a high level of emotional intelligence, and keen to create something unique and move beyond expectations in learning for life. You will share our passion to deliver an outstanding student experience and have the ability to deliver outstanding results. You will be an excellent communicator.
