We are looking for a committed LSA to join our dedicated support team. The successful applicant will be working under the direction of the class teacher and Inclusion Leader. You will need to have a good standard of education and be able to promote the highest standards of learning and behaviour. You will need to be able to work as part of a team, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to build good professional relationships with pupils and parents. Experience of delivering interventions to groups of pupils is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
The successful candidates will work in class to support pupils with their learning in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. This will include children with additional educational needs. Our ideal candidate will show enthusiasm, flair and commitment to achieving the best outcome for the children. Please confirm your preference for KS1 or KS2.
