FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT

If you want to improve the life chances of children and have a desire to provide outstanding learning opportunities as a Learning Support Assistant in Key Stage 2, we would love to hear from you.
You will support pupils either individually or in groups with resourcefulness, high expectations of learning and behaviour and lots of smiles!
Patience, motivation and resilience are key. Experience in school is desirable but, what you may lack in experience, you will make up for in tenacity and a willingness to learn.
In return, you will be well supported as part of a very friendly school team and will benefit from a wide range of training and development opportunities within the Academy and Trust.

Full-time - 31 ¼ hours per week, 8:30am – 3:15pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break term time only (39 weeks including inset days)
Part-time hours to be confirmed but likely to be 17.5 (mornings 8:30 am - 12 pm) or 13.75 hours (afternoons 12:30pm - 3:15 pm)
Salary is within the range £16,748 - £21,764 FTE depending on experience (31.25 hours pro rata salary £12,393 to £16,105)
