We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Learning Support Assistant and Midday Supervisor to join our team, supporting the learning of the children and helping supervise lunchtimes. This is a part time position for two days per week (Thursdays and Fridays) from 8:30am to 3:15pm, with a morning break and half an hour for lunch.
You'd be working under the guidance of a class teacher to ensure all children have the help and support they need during lessons, as well as taking individuals or small groups of children for specific additional support or interventions when needed. At lunchtimes, the job involves maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment both in the lunch hall and outside on the playground, and facilitating and encouraging active playtimes (for example, setting up games, helping children to join in.)

In September, we are about to become one of Surrey Wildlife Trusts "Wilder Schools" and we are passionate about using the outdoors and being physically active in all areas of our curriculum - something we are always trying to do more!
If you think you'd be a good fit, please don't hesitate to pick up and phone and arrange to come and see us - we'd love to show you round and chat about the role. We look forward to meeting you!
