Assist in the educational, personal and social development of designated students under the direction and guidance of the Principal, SENCO and/or INCO and class teachers.

- Deliver measurable impact on student attainment as well as social and emotional well-being.

About the Academy & Cabot Learning Federation
The Cabot Learning Federation is the largest non-diocesan academy group in the South West. We currently are sponsoring academies in Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Weston-Super-Mare; six secondary, eight primary, one all-through academy and a Studio School. The Federation also has an overarching CLF Post 16 and specialist inclusion centres. Together we educate over 9000 children between the ages of 3 and 19 and the Federation is a major Teaching School in the South West.
Minerva Academy, a lively primary Academy based in Fishponds, benefits from being part of a leading Multi-Academy Trust, the Cabot Learning Federation. The CLF currently sponsors 15 academies: six primary academies, seven mainstream secondary academies, an all-through academy and a Studio School. In addition, the CLF has a discrete Post 16 provision, located across six of our sites in the East Bristol / South Gloucestershire area, and a primary and a secondary re-engagement centre serving the same area.
