£12,671-£14,120 per annum (FTE £18,318-£20,413)
CRC's Supported Learning Department prides itself on its friendly, welcoming and aspirational approach to supporting young people preparing for their adult lives.
Due to learner needs, we are specifically recruiting for a male Learning Support Mentor to join our team at our Huntingdon Campus. You will have an important role to play, supporting the education, health and care needs of individuals with moderate to severe learning difficulties.
You will be supporting a learner on a 1:1 basis or in a group setting and you may be involved in a range of lessons, including Maths, English, Horticulture, Farming, Music and Art. You will need to have a calm, patient and empathetic approach and hold GCSEs in English and Maths (Grades A-C or equivalent). You must also have experience in working with individuals who have severe learning needs within a Supported Learning or care environment.
