£22,535 - £33,895 per annum.
An enthusiastic, well-qualified and experienced professional is required to join our committed Business and Travel team.
Successful candidates will have a clear track record of securing good outcomes for students and understand the importance of high standards of teaching and be able to use a range of strategies to raise achievement.
Knowledge and experience of delivering and coordinating BTEC qualifications to Level 3 are highly desirable. You will be required to monitor student progress and use student data systems to intervene and raise standards.
Applicants will need to provide evidence of preparing and delivering high-quality lessons that engage students and to use differentiated objectives and formative assessment for ensuring the progress of all students.
Candidates should have good grades in English and Maths (grades C/4 and above), a relevant degree (desirable) or a subject specific qualification (Level 3 minimum), a teaching qualification, post-qualification experience and a student-centred approach to teaching and learning.
