We are looking to recruit an outstanding Lecturer in Electrical Installation to join the team as a Full Time/Part time “bank staff” member.

The successful candidate would be required to teach on a range of Electrical Installation programmes at Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 delivering a range of subjects. We deliver apprenticeship programmes, full time level 1, 2 and 3 as well as commercial adult evening courses. We have a large number of students and apprentices who attend on full time and day release programmes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent Electrical Installation skills and knowledge to be able to teach on apprenticeship programmes. The role will also involve participation in the quality assurance process for part of the Electrical Installation programmes. An assessor qualification is desirable but not essential. You will have a genuine regard for young people and want to work with us to ensure that all our students and Apprentices aspire to do well. The ability to work in a team is essential, sharing good practice and working collaboratively with colleagues are qualities that we will be looking for.
To be considered for this role, candidates need to hold a Level 3 Electrical Installations qualification and a recognised Level 3 teaching qualification, although we would welcome candidates from industry.
Hours for the role would involve daytime teaching and evening classes, timetable to be confirmed.
