We are looking for an inspirational, passionate and dynamic candidate to join our team of educators as an Lecturer in English, delivering high quality teaching, academic and pastoral support to enable our students to reach their full potential. You will be required to teach Functional Skills and GCSE English, primarily to students aged 16-18.
Sharing your skills and knowledge, you will utilise your experience to motivate students to achieve, whilst developing and maintaining high levels of student retention and attendance.
You will also develop ways of working that are responsive to students’ needs, monitor and evaluate progress and practice and prepare learners for examinations.
A natural communicator and proven motivator, you will thrive on student interaction - giving effective guidance and helping them make the most of their futures.
