We are currently seeking a well-qualified, enthusiastic and flexible lecturer to teach on our Foundation Learning Programme. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver and assess on Vocational Studies, Functional Skills Maths and English or ESOL to 16-19 year olds.
Our lecturers are expected to use innovative methods of delivery and carry out initial assessments, track and record learners progress as well as liaise with Community venues and College Management to ensure all learners achieve.
The role is for 14 hours per week (0.4FTE) and will be primarily based at Matthew Boulton College but there may occasionally be a requirement to work across any of our sites in Birmingham.
