Lecturer. Health and Social Care. Part Time (14.8 hours). Permanent.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Health and Social Care department for an experienced Lecturer to teach all aspects of Health and Social Care qualifications. We are seeking candidates who have experience within the Health and Social Care sector. Applications from candidates with a background in teaching in an FE environment would be advantageous but not essential.
As a Lecturer you will be responsible for the delivery of effective teaching, learning and assessment within an established and committed team. You will have the skills to motivate students in order to realise their ambitions and reach their full potential. You will be enthusiastic, have a passion for your profession and be able to guide students to succeed.
Applicants will be required to have a full teaching qualification, be qualified to Degree Level in a related subject and have a track record of delivering high quality teaching/training, and be competent at assessing students work. You will also have a Level 2 minimum in maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above or equivalent).
