Details of the role
The successful candidate will have responsibility for co-ordinating designated study programme delivery activities for the College, including delivery of high quality teaching, responsibility for day to day operational issues including programme management, exams and time tabling, ensuring a consistent approach is maintained across both sites if required to provide opportunity for all learners to be successful within their qualifications. Inspire and motivate students through outstanding teaching and learning that stretches and challenges students to be the best they can be.
You will have previous experience of teaching and assessing on a wide range of relevant courses across Level 1 - 3, the successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and work experience, ideally current, in the subject area.
You will be an enthusiastic team member who is flexible and willing to work under pressure.
Interviews will be held on 17 January 2020 at our Gillingham campus.
