We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Co-ordinator to join our enthusiastic and friendly team to work across our campus and potentially across the Trust as the role develops. The successful candidate will join a forward thinking Trust and enjoy our many staff benefits which include:-
Generous holiday entitlement

This is a new role and whilst the postholder will follow existing processes and procedures there will also be ample scope for an innovative and resourceful candidate to grow and develop lettings opportunities across the Trust.

The role will suit someone with a positive attitude who can use their own initiative, as well as being organised and flexible. The ability to form effective working relationships with hirers and internal staff is key. Relevant experience of working in a similar role will be useful and training will be given in specific operational areas.
The hours of work will be 36 hours per week. These will normally be worked across 5 days of the week, which will include Saturday & Sunday plus 3 other afternoons/evenings. Two consecutive days off will be available each week by mutual agreement and reasonable flexibility will be necessary to meet the demands of the role.
