School Administrative Assistant (Level 1)
Hours: 37 hours per week Term Time only (+10 days)
Salary: £16755 - £17007 per annum (pro-rata = £15125 - £15352)
Contract Term: One Year Fixed Term Contract
Starting date: as soon as possible
National Living Wage conditions will apply to applicants age 25 and over
Ambleside Primary School is a school with fantastic potential. We need someone friendly, enthusiastic and positive to join the engine room of our school – the office!
If you are efficient and approachable then you might be the Office Administrator to join our new team.
We want someone who is an excellent communicator, able to receive visitors, answer and direct telephone calls, assist pupils and to positively promote our school in the main reception. Previous office skills and experience with Microsoft Office and SIMs are desirable but enthusiasm, friendliness and good presentation are essential. Full training will be given to the right candidate.
Candidates should enjoy working in a busy office environment, and have:
