LEVEL 2 Premises Assistant
SALARY: Grade 4 Point 7 – 10 - £20092 - £21748
Full Time - 37 hours per week

Kestrel Mead Primary Academy is a split site thriving, diverse and happy school with a desire to ‘be the best we can be’.
We are seeking to appoint a proactive, self-motivated, reliable, flexible Premises Officer who takes pride in a clean and well-presented building to work within the Kestrel Mead team (the team incorporates all premises, admin, teaching, teaching assistants and senior leaders). The role will involve moving between the 2 school sites, therefore, use of a vehicle with business insurance is essential; working closely with the Site Manager and school employed cleaners. This role will require flexibility between the early and the later shift. The schools current need indicates a shift pattern of 6.30am-2.30pm (with 30 mins unpaid break) and 10.30am-6.30pm (with 30 mins unpaid break). It will involve some flexibility in shifts to accommodate later finishes after school events and a commitment to spread annual leave between the term-time and school holidays with agreement. Salary starting point dependent on experience. (Hours incorporate 30 minute earlier finish on a Friday and holiday working will be different hours to shift pattern).
