We are looking for a caring and dedicated person to join our supportive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) team. We are very ambitious for the achievement of all our children and an inclusive approach is at the very centre of our ethos.
This role is 28.5 hours per week (Term Time Only plus INSET days) supporting in class and with interventions. The main purpose of the role would be to provide in-class support to small groups of children during the morning and deliver interventions in the afternoon. The work would likely to be supporting children in key stage 2.
In return, we can offer a fantastic school with brilliant children. We regularly provide continued professional development support for all staff in school, which can be tailored towards your needs.
For full details of the position, please see attached Job Description and Employee Specification. If you are new to the LSA role or have limited experience, please state this on your application as we would consider offering an LSA Level 2 post on a BG5 grade.
Before applying for the job, please read our Safer Recruitment Policy attached.
Visits are warmly welcomed and encouraged.
