We are seeking to appoint a proactive, self-motivated, reliable, flexible Site Manager who takes pride in a clean and well-presented building to work within the Kestrel Mead team (the team incorporates all premises, admin, teaching, teaching assistants and senior leaders). The role will involve moving between the 2 school sites, therefore, use of a vehicle with business insurance is essential; working closely with the existing Site Manager and overseeing school employed cleaners. There will be a strong induction to build your understanding of both buildings and support from the existing Site Manager to promote a sense of a team ethos to work together at a high level of competence.
This role will require flexibility between the early and the later shift. The schools current need indicates a shift pattern of 6.30am-2.30pm (with 30 mins unpaid break) and 10.30am-6.30pm (with 30 mins unpaid break). It will involve some flexibility in shifts to accommodate later finishes after school events and a commitment to spread annual leave between the term-time and school holidays with agreement. Salary starting point dependent on experience. (Hours incorporate 30 minute earlier finish on a Friday and holiday working will be different hours to shift pattern).
