Opportunity for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our Learning Technologies and Resources department working part time, term time only + 3 weeks.

The LRC Customer Experience Advisors are the face of the department, delivering a contemporary customer experience, helping to create modern and accessible learning environment that promote curiosity, creativity and collaboration. With a broad knowledge of department systems and services spanning learning resources and technologies, LRC Customer Experience Advisors provide first line support to customers seeking information, advice and guidance, and use their exceptional communication skills to provide outstanding customer service.
