Contract: 2 X Fixed term contracts (to be reviewed no later than Term 6 2021 due to being linked to specific funding for pupils)
Hours: 28.75 hours per week

Nova Primary School is focussed on shaping tomorrow’s generation, today. We require a highly motivated Learning Support Assistant to work with children across both Key Stages, particularly those with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will join a hard-working, committed team of professionals.
The successful candidates will be calm, caring and have commitment to develop the learning and well-being of all pupils. A high standard of English and maths is required and knowledge of all areas of the curriculum, including the Early Years Foundation Stage, would be beneficial.
We are looking for 2 candidates who are creative, can quickly build strong and supportive relationships and accelerate children’s learning and can utilise a range of strategies to help some of our most vulnerable pupils reach their potential, academically and personally. In your role you will work both inside and outside the classroom and must therefore be flexible, organised and a good communicator (with both children and staff). You will join a dedicated, highly supportive team who are committed to raising attainment for all and developing the child as an individual.
