Charlton Wood Primary Academy (part of Endeavour Academy Trust) is a newly opened (Sept 2019) two-form primary school located on the Charlton Hayes Estate. We currently have Reception, Year One and Year Two pupils and will be growing by a year group each year until we reach our full capacity of 420 pupils.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is enthusiastic and passionate about developing children as well-rounded individuals though play at lunchtimes. The role will involve:
- Actively supporting pupils in the lunch hall and playground/play area
- Encouraging children to eat their lunch
- Teaching children to play cooperatively
- Introducing children to a range of playtime games and activities.
Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

Hours of work are 1 hour per day over the lunchtime period (exact times to be agreed, likely to be 11.50 - 12.50pm or similar) term time only. This position is a fixed term contract until the end of the academic year.
