The Kingston Academy seeks a Marketing, Media & Communications Officer to work on marketing initiatives utilising a variety of different media to promote the school. If you are experienced in using digital marketing, social media and a range of other communication channels this represents an exciting opportunity.
You will have at least two years experience working in marketing, be self-motivated and willing to work across a variety of different projects and initiatives. You will be a strong communicator, in both the written and spoken word.
Your responsibilities would include:
Co-ordinating and monitoring appropriate media campaigns;
Producing engaging digital content (e.g. photo stories, blogs);
Maintaining the school website, ensuring the information is consistent and up-to-date (working together with an existing member of staff);
Managing social media and posting regularly across all channels;
Ensuring that all school communication is ‘on brand’;
Compiling the weekly newsletter to parents;
Co-ordinating the production of the school prospectus and similar marketing materials.
This is a permanent, part-time role, working in-school for 2.5 days per week.
