Cambridge Regional College have a new part-time opportunity for a Maths Teacher to join the team at our Huntingdon Campus. We can offer you a permanent, part-time position of 18.5 hours (0.5) working hours a week, with a competitive pro rata salary (£25,006 - £34,697 FTE per annum), plus staff benefits.
About our Maths Teacher role:
At Cambridge Regional College we have a whole organisation approach to maths and English provision based upon our commitment to improve the skills of learners by supporting them to achieve high quality outcomes in GCSE and Functional Skills qualifications.
We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and flexible teacher to deliver Functional Skills and GCSE maths to adult learners with varying levels of ability and confidence.
This opportunity would suit either experienced lecturers or graduates with a willingness to undertake the appropriate development and teacher training. This is a 0.5FTE post and will be based at our Huntingdon Campus. It will require the teaching of two evening classes in addition to daytime classes.

You will also support their wider skill development, such as critical thinking skills as well as a better understanding of the world they live in. You will ensure that student personal development is embedded throughout your delivery and will strive to support the development of resilience; confidence and greater independence in our learners.
