We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic teacher to join a thriving department in a successful school.
Start date: 1st January 2022.
There will be an opportunity to teach across all key stages. You will need to be passionate about learning, have good subject knowledge and have high expectations. In addition, we need a good team player with a commitment to high quality, inclusive education and who believes in our school motto of “Achievement for All”.
In addition to your role as a Mathematics teacher, you will be responsible for Whole School Numeracy and Numeracy within the Maths Department. This will include, but not be exclusive to: mapping and tracking of Whole School Numeracy; working with HoDs and teaching staff to identify areas of strength and improvement, particularly considering teaching and learning and pedagogy; planning, monitoring and analysing National Numeracy tests; keeping up to date with local and national developments; working with the HoD Mathematics to lead the development of Numeracy within the Mathematics Department.
