Braunstone Community Primary School is a two-form entry school that sits proudly in its community. Our vision is BELONG, CARE, PERSEVERE, SUCCEED. Everything that the children and staff do at our school, has these core values as the golden thread.
The future of this school is extremely exciting and our curriculum encompasses the community in which it serves, to empower our children to be as successful as possible in the wider world.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, caring, reliable Midday Supervisor who has an empathy with and an understanding of children in the age range concerned. You will take responsibility for the health, safety and security of children during the lunch break and will supervise the pupils in the area in which they eat their lunch and manage queues accordingly.
You will attend to accidents in the playground in accordance with the School procedures and guidelines on accidents and their treatment. You will ensure that all accidents are properly recorded using school systems. You will have the ability to understand and follow relevant procedures, e.g. health and safety, child protection (including issues regarding restraint) and the school behaviour policy.
We know that by joining our highly dedicated and committed staff, who work tirelessly for our children, we can help you to be the best version of YOU!
If you would like to be part of our already great team, please complete the Discovery School’s Academy Trust application form online or call into the school office to pick one up, from Thursday 29th August 2019 onwards (due to it being closed for the school holidays).
