MIS and Data Manager

We are looking to recruit a full-time, permanent MIS Manager to develop and lead a dynamic MIS function at Saint Francis Xavier Sixth Form College.
This is a pivotal role across the College providing high quality reliable data to support the College with management decision-making and provide our stakeholders with regular, timely and accurate updates, statistical analysis and management reporting whilst utilising sector-specific information and funding trends to inform future strategy.
Working closely across the College with senior managers and peers, the role includes direct supervision of staff. We are seeking a strong leader who has extensive knowledge of college databases and systems and an in-depth knowledge of FE and 16-19 sector priorities and funding.
Having highly developed web skills and attention to detail is essential. In addition, you will be able to develop and manage a dynamic MIS function and service to provide access to comprehensive, reliable, relevant and up to date information, analysis and report facilities.
You will be experienced in managing personnel and providing timely and accurate returns to external funding agencies. This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing College and lead the MIS function.
