The college is seeking to employ an enthusiastic and highly motivated and skilled Music teacher, with the talent, expertise and passion to inspire and encourage our amazing students to realise their full potential; the ability to also teach Drama would be an advantage.
All KS3 students attend weekly music lessons throughout the duration of years 7 and 8. We offer a range of music courses for our KS4 and KS5 students, including: at KS4 level 2 Rock School music performance and technology qualifications and at KS5 level 3 Rock School courses.

For the right candidate, looking to develop for a whole school teaching and learning responsibility, the Professional Coach is an exciting and instrumental role here at TCOLC and is a role pivotal in supporting our culture of quality first teaching across all aspects of the curriculum. As well as providing highly effective and meaningful coaching for our highly committed team of teachers, the successful candidate will also be expected to deliver whole school CPD and be an outstanding practitioner themselves. We currently have two Professional Coaches, led by a highly experienced Assistant Headteacher and we are looking to build on the success of this T&L team through the appointment of a further team member.
