School Office Manager
Hours: 22hrs 3 days pw, term time plus two weeks - We can offer a flexible working pattern, with some opportunity to work from home.
Salary: Grade 8 Pt 18-23 Actual salary £13,388 - £14,811
Thameside Primary School is looking to appoint a highly motivated and suitably experienced Office Manager. The school office manager will be responsible for overseeing a busy school office, all administrative, and organisational processes within the school, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
For this important role we are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Has strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Has excellent ICT skills
- Has a knowledge of health and safety in the workplace
- Is able to deliver outstanding customer service to our parents, pupils, and visitors
- Can develop systems and processes to meet the operational needs of a school.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills, is highly motivated and has the ability to work well under pressure
The ideal candidate will also have experience of school business functions, including human resources, premises management and health and safety, although this is not essential.
