We are excited to announce that we are looking for a new Onsite Deputy Education Manager.
The Complete Works (TCW) is an innovative alternative education provider that offers a unique and alternative way of delivering education. Our child-centred approach to learning allows students to feel empowered and respected. We recognise every student is different and tailor our education experience to try and meet those different needs and strengths. We offer education for key stage 1 -4 in a number of small centres and/or in homes/libraries on a one-to-one basis. Many of our students have missed significant periods of education, have SEND or may have been permanently excluded from their mainstream schools.
This role is based in our central office near Aldgate East station, which requires you to work closely with our Onsite Education Manager.
We have two centres which are based in Shoreditch and Bermondsey. Your role will require you to oversee these sites whilst working with the Onsite Education Manager to bridge any gaps within the centres and in the central office. If needed, you will need to cover any Onsite Leaders or any other role onsite when necessary.
This role also requires you to work with parents and professionals to create a strong support network for each student, as you will be responsible for inducting new students to the centres and monitoring their progress.
We are looking for an adaptable, ambitious and driven individual who would be able to prioritise their workload whilst overseeing both sites.
If you are highly motivated and have great communication skills and like to make a real difference to the lives of young people, please apply now!
