OPERATIONS AND BUSINESS MANAGER
Details: Permanent, 37 hours per week, all year.
Start Date: as soon as possible
Salary: TMET Grade 10, £39,880 - £42,821
Hours of work: 8:00am-4:00pm, 3:30pm on Fridays.
We are looking to appoint a dynamic and innovative Operations and Business Manager at Rushey Mead Academy, which is a part of The Mead Educational Trust. Reporting to the Principal, the successful candidate will work with the TMET core team and take the lead on academy operations, including finance, premises, aspects of human resources, managing support staff and health and safety for Rushey Mead Academy itself. The post holder will play a crucial role in ensuring that all of the Academy’s business functions enable the provision of an outstanding education for our students. This is a superb opportunity for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled Business Manager/Administrator with high quality management experience to work in a complex and growing organisation. You will be challenged to display your initiative, demonstrate your commitment and build strong and effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
