We are seeking to appoint an Operations Director to work with the board of Directors & Scrutiny Panel to develop & deliver the business plan and business strategy to ensure the on-going sustainability, growth and success of Kiwi Education. The Post holder will act as a strong figurehead for the organisation, be a positive ambassador with central & local government and a positive leader and role model for employees and learners.
Job Overview (including, but not limited to):
- To support the organisation in the delivery of all Kiwi, activities and programmes ensuring we
meet and/or exceed contract requirements. Ensure that all the delivery teams maintain focus on performance, quality and compliance in all aspects of their work.
- Have a thorough understanding of the policies underpinning the development of
Apprenticeships nationally and the processes required to comply with the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) funding rules for Apprenticeship delivery.
- To support the organisation to ensure business continuity, consistency, compliance and
- Ongoing performance management (121s and/or regular contact) to ensure Managers have
clear expectations of their roles and responsibilities and underperformance is promptly and appropriately addressed using the relevant Kiwi procedures.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff either on a 1-1 or group basis, to ensure employees are
engaged and motivated and business goals, priorities and changes to policies and procedures are communicated.
- Direct the delivery of all Kiwi for programmes and manage activities to drive performance,
maximising income across all projects whilst always maintaining quality, compliance and data security.
