We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our supportive and talented team. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
This role is permanent, 37 hours per week, Term Time only + 5 inset days + 10 days to be worked in the school holidays.
What we are looking for:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for co-ordination of all Post 16 operations and administrative activities. Working with the Principal and relevant cluster and central colleagues, the Operations Manager will provide executive assistance to the leadership team and ensure that robust administrative, compliance and operations systems, processes and procedures are in place.
The CLF Post 16 provision is delivered across two CLF academies, John Cabot Academy and Bristol Brunel Academy. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with teams across the trust.
