Salary: Grade 15 - £49,522 to £52,492

Location will be at St Gregory the Great Catholic School, Oxford, however the successful candidate will need to travel to other MAC sites in North Oxfordshire. St Gregory the Great is a vibrant and improving school and uses its core Catholic values to provide strength and direction for all our students. The Dominic Barberi MAC will be merging with Pope Francis MAC in January 2021. The Operations Manager’s role will be a central part of the transition and the post will work across both MACs once they are merged.
The MAC is seeking to appoint an excellent Operations Manager who will be responsible for health and safety, site management, security compliance, facilitates management including external lettings, premises contracts, oversight management of ICT, involvement in financial management-procurement and GDPR related issues.
As this is a key role, the successful candidate will be a member of the MAC senior management team.
