We are seeking an Operations Manager for our amazing Academy. Is this you?
This is a busy, multi faceted role, central to the operational success of the Academy. You will be a member of the Academy's leadership team and receive their support and strategic direction but you will need to be a self starter, who works on their own initiative, as no two days at the Academy are the same.
This role is 37 hours per week, term time (39 weeks) plus 2 weeks/10 days, to be worked across the school closure periods.
This role would suit someone who has been an office or administration manager, who has had a basic insight into health and safety, site/facilities management, HR, data protection - who is really eager to learn and grow.
