We serve approximately 7220 apprentices and 3450 employers in 7 regions across England and Wales. Training more apprentices than anyone else in the building services engineering sector.
Your challenge? To ensure that we deliver high quality teaching and learning in all aspects of the electrical related theoretical and practical syllabus for both City & Guilds and EAL at Level 3 and above.
You will be responsible for developing material to support the required course. This is an exciting new opportunity where you will help to promote the activities of the centre including maintaining relationships with external parties, assisting with industry events and keeping abreast of developments in your field of expertise. You will be responsible for the welfare and safety of your apprentices at all times.
Fully qualified in electrical installation, you must have verifiable relevant industry experience and a current knowledge of industry working practices and techniques relevant in a building services engineering environment. Any knowledge or involvement in Government Training Schemes and National Vocational Qualifications would be an advantage - as would TDLB D32 and D33 or A1 Unit, TAQA or 18th Edition (2382) qualifications.
Good IT skills are a must for this role. Add to that your good administrative and organisational skills, and you will quickly establish yourself as an invaluable member of our team.
