Part time Teaching Assistant 2 days a week (Thurs – Fri)
(temporary until 31st August 2021)
Level 1(Grade 3) spt 3 – 6 £18,562 - £19,698, 39 weeks pro rata
Required to start asap, an enthusiastic, committed teaching assistant to work supporting learning and teaching initially in year 1. This is a temporary appointment until the end of August 2021 in the first instance. Thereafter the position is dependent on funding.
The successful candidate will have experience of relating warmly to children, together with good communication skills. Good standards of literacy and numeracy are also essential. They will also provide support to Midday supervisors at lunchtime.
Experience of working within a primary school is essential.

Requests may only be approved by the relevant Chief Officer or senior nominated officer graded no lower than OM2 or in the case of schools based staff the Headteacher / Governing Body.
