We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and customer focused Payroll Manager to join our Human Resources team.
You will undertake the payroll function for approx. 500 employees, including pension administration, statutory returns, employee benefits, and systems administration of an integrated HR/Payroll system. You will need excellent IT skills and to be able to use all Microsoft office, iTrent, Business Objects and VTS systems.
You will have an IPPM qualification or significant relevant experience. You will also need good knowledge of HR processes and clear understanding and experience of transactional HR services. You should be able to analyse complex data sets, be analytical and develop appropriate solutions/recommendations.
Excellent communication and skills and a commitment to providing a high quality service are essential.
