We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Performing Arts and Music Technician, to join a vibrant and supportive department. The successful candidate will need to have experience of using and maintaining a wide range of equipment and materials within Performing Arts and Music. The post will involve providing onsite technical support for all projects using the theatre space, music studios, lighting and sound equipment as well as being able to set up and support performances and events internally, externally and virtually often in the evenings.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, close attention to detail, good time management and be computer literate including all Microsoft Office and Apple applications.
Our learners have high aspirational goals and the successful candidate must possess the skills to inspire and motivate learners to exceed their potential whilst working in a fast moving department.
The post is offered on a full time, term time basis with an immediate start. A job share could be considered for the right candidates.
